Start of our internal AI workshop series

With a new series of internal workshops, we are promoting the joint development of knowledge about artificial intelligence – in a practical, understandable way that is accessible to all employees.

Artificial intelligence is also becoming increasingly important in everyday working life. To make this topic accessible to all employees, we have introduced a new internal format. Monthly AI workshops teach the basics, classify current developments and promote the joint acquisition of knowledge.

The workshops will be conducted by our new colleague, Konrad Handrick, and are deliberately aimed at all employees, regardless of their technical knowledge. The aim is to create a common understanding of AI technologies and to better classify their possible applications.

The workshop series kicked off with the first session, which provided an overview of key concepts in machine learning and modern processor architectures. It demonstrated how ML models work and the role played by the underlying hardware.

The presentation from the workshop on "A whirlwind tour through the wonderful world of ML and modern processors" can be downloaded here. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like to discuss this further.
